Miss Breana Monique Beaudoin “Bre”was born May 25, 1996 in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was the proud daughter of the late Kelvin Winn Beaudoin and Kontina Vanessa Clark. Breana accepted Christ into her life at the young age of 8 at Greater Zion Mission Baptist Church in Shreveport, Louisiana under the leadership of Reverend Roy L. King Sr.
Breana attended Southwood High School in Shreveport, Louisiana, LV Berkner High School in Richardson, TX and graduated from Captain Shreve High School in the class of 2014. Following graduation, Breana attended Northwestern State University, Natchitoches, Louisiana, Regency Beauty Institute of Shreveport and CCI of Houston. Breana then later became a teacher assistant to the YWCA YEP program.
Breana was bold, fearless, generous, loving, sweet and kind. She did not take her oldest sibling role lightly. It was of great importance to her that she always show up for her siblings. She loved working with children and always made an effort to make them feel seen and heard. Breana loved Harry Potter, Law and Order SVU, Supernatural and everything about the holidays. She was a beam of sunshine that lit up every room she entered. She was always encouraging and motivating others, challenging them to “stay sweet like breee.”
Breana is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, her paternal grandparents and her father Kelvin Winn Beaudoin.
She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Kontina Vanessa Clark, her bonus mom, Fa’Tonia Beaudoin, loving grand parents Pastor James Elijah Clark and Rosetta Clark, 4 brothers (Brandon Marquis Beaudoin, Ji’Vontae Manyone Brothers, Timothy Ian Mitchell, Titus Ivan Mitchell), 2 sisters (Britney Michelle Beaudoin, Kelliya Kamariyea Beaudoin), a nephew, Kashton Lajuane Beaudoin, a niece, Janell Elise Beaudoin and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
